FMD多施設共同研究(FMD-J研究)

研究の概要

FMD-J 研究は、動脈硬化性心血管疾患診療指標としての血流介在上腕動脈血管拡張反応(Flow-mediated vasodilatation:FMD)検査の有用性の確立を研究課題とした多施設共同の臨床研究であり、以下の 3 つの研究より構成されています。
【研究 A】FMD の冠動脈疾患症例における予後予測指標としての有用性を検証する。
【研究 B】FMD の高血圧・糖尿病症例 における潜在性臓器障害進展予測指標としての有用性を検証する。
【研究 C】一般健診者を対象に FMD の経年変化を評価する。  
本研究は、公益信託日本動脈硬化予防研究基金(JAPF)の助成にて実施されました。
研究データ収集は2016年12月で終了していますが、データ解析は2030年3月まで継続します。この度、日本血管不全学会の協力を得て、FMD-J研究の情報を日本血管不全学会サイト内に掲載し、FMDを中心とした血管機能検査の測定方法マニュアルをダウンロードできるようにしました。また、今後、FMD-J研究に関連するお知らせがございましたら、当ページにてご案内いたします。
